In an open and highly interactive atmosphere, the workshop immersed participants in real, familiar, and emotionally engaging workplace scenarios. Guided by experienced speakers, the program opened new perspectives on how individuals can understand, challenge, and support their leaders — an essential skillset for both personal career growth and organizational development.
On 18.09.2025, MCG & Partners, in collaboration with Navigos Search and SBB Healthcare, successfully hosted the workshop “Connect – Challenge – Contribute: 3C to work with your boss”. The event gathered CEOs, business leaders, HR professionals, and experts from various industries.
With the aim of equipping participants with practical skills to identify and apply effective communication and problem-solving techniques at work, the workshop created an open and dynamic space filled with relatable scenarios and applicable lessons.
Under the facilitation of Ms. Mai Thuy Hang – CEO of MCG & Partners, along with Mr. Pham Hong Quan – former HR Director of TAL Group and Piaggio Asia Pacific, and Ms. Pham Thanh Hao – Vice President of Administration at VinUniversity, participants experienced a series of vivid role plays, group discussions, and debates. More than just knowledge sharing, the workshop offered hands-on experiences where each participant could “step into the role,” reflect on their own communication and decision-support styles, and develop their personal approach to working effectively with their leaders. Through these activities, participants walked away with practical principles and “golden tips” for:
• CONNECT WITH THE BOSS: Observing, empathizing, and aligning to grasp the real issues
• CHALLENGE THE BOSS: Providing respectful, well-timed, and well-informed feedbacks to offer new perspectives, with relevant supporting data and constructive solutions that protect shared goals.
